How long until my pet comes home?
Individual cremation is typically a 3-day return. If you choose a witness cremation, your pet is returned the same day.
Will I get only my pet's ashes?
Yes. Every individual cremation is done on its own, so what returns to you is only your companion.
Do you offer home or vet pick-up?
Yes — we can collect your pet from your home or directly from your veterinarian. Just ask when you call.
Do you use chemicals?
Not in our standard cremation. Traditional flame cremation uses heat alone, with no chemical solutions. We also offer aquamation, a water-and-alkali process, for families who specifically request it. Here's how the two compare.
